1 Who we are

The website and services are operated by OVERSEAS CONNEXTIONS, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person using the website or buying a service.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must give accurate, complete and current information about yourself.
• You must not use our services where doing so is unlawful in your country of residence.

3 Our services

We offer the following career service packages:

• Tier 1, Career Starter (USD 9.99): AI-assisted, ATS-friendly resume; Skills and qualifications review; Preliminary destination eligibility screening; Personalised career pathway recommendations.
• Tier 2, Expert Connect (USD 24.99): One 30-minute video consultation; Professional profile evaluation; Suitable job markets and potential visa pathways; Written summary of practical next steps.
• Tier 3, Global Job Accelerator (USD 49.99): Everything in Career Starter; Skill-matched international job discovery; Tailored cover letter assistance; Application guidance; One mock interview with written feedback.
• Tier 4, Global Career Complete (USD 249.99): Everything in Career Starter, Expert Connect and Job Accelerator; Job application guidance; Visa documentation assistance, where legally permitted; Flight-booking coordination; Pre-departure briefing and initial on-arrival guidance.

Some services, such as tourist and visit visa assistance, are quoted on request and confirmed in writing before you pay. The scope, delivery timeline and support period of each package are set out in our Service Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4 What we do not promise

Our services prepare you for and guide you through an international career move. They do not guarantee any outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• a job offer, an interview, an employer response or any salary level;
• visa sponsorship, a work permit, a visa, residence or citizenship;
• that you will be able to relocate, or by any particular date.

Employers make independent hiring decisions. Governments and their agencies make independent decisions on every visa and permit. Eligibility screening is preliminary and indicative, based on the information you give us and on rules that can change without notice.

5 We are not a recruiting agent or a law firm

We are not an employer, a recruitment or placement agency, or a recruiting agent under the Emigration Act, 1983. We do not recruit on behalf of foreign employers, we do not issue job offers and we never charge a fee in return for a job offer.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where the law of a destination country requires immigration advice or representation to come from a licensed or registered adviser, that part of the work is carried out only by an appropriately licensed professional, and we will tell you before it starts. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

6 AI-assisted work

We use artificial intelligence tools to draft resumes and cover letters, match your skills to openings and generate practice material. AI output can contain errors. Our team reviews deliverables, but you are responsible for checking that every document you submit to an employer or authority is true and accurate. Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee.

7 Your responsibilities

• Give us truthful qualifications, experience and documents. Never ask us to alter, invent or misrepresent them.
• Complete intake forms and respond to requests within the timelines in the Service Delivery Policy.
• Keep your passport and other documents valid for the routes you are pursuing.
• Pay government, visa, exam, airline, accommodation and other third-party fees directly to the provider.

We may stop work on a file, with a refund under our Refund Policy where one applies, if we reasonably believe information or documents are false or that our services are being used for an unlawful purpose.

8 Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable Indian taxes, including GST where charged, unless the checkout states otherwise.
• If you pay in Indian rupees (INR), the exact INR amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or international transaction charges, which we do not control.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send a confirmation by email. A price shown in error is not binding; if that happens we will offer you the correct price or a full refund.

9 Third-party costs

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, package prices exclude government and visa fees, biometric and appointment fees, language and skills tests, medical examinations, police certificates, translations and attestations, airfare, accommodation, insurance and all relocation costs. Where we coordinate a booking for you, the provider's own terms, prices and refund rules apply.

10 Cancellations and refunds

Each package has its own cancellation and refund rule, set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

11 Intellectual property

The website, our brand, templates and methods belong to us. Once you have paid, the resume, cover letters and reports we prepare for you are yours to use for your own job search. You may not resell our services or copy the website.

12 Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, submit malicious code, impersonate anyone or use it to commit fraud.

13 Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions of employers, governments, airlines, hotels or other third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost earnings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, travel bans, changes in immigration rules or failures of networks and payment systems. We will tell you promptly and agree a new timeline or a refund for undelivered work.

15 Promotions

Any promotion, offer or campaign is governed by its own official rules, published on this website before it opens. If those rules conflict with these terms on a promotional matter, the official rules apply. A purchase of a service is a purchase of that service only.

16 Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at vinay@overseasconnextions.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on our Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in a consumer forum where you live, the courts of India have jurisdiction.

17 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
